1. The 14-Day Delivery Timeline & Client Responsibilities

I specialize in delivering high-performance websites within a two-week (14-day) development cycle.

• The Clock Starts: The 14-day timeline begins only after the 50% advance payment has been cleared and the client has provided all necessary initial assets (branding, text, images, and domain access).
• Client Delays: If the client fails to provide required materials or feedback within 48 hours of a request, the 14-day delivery guarantee is paused. Continued delays exceeding 14 days may result in the project being put on hold and subject to a reactivation fee.

2. Pricing, Estimates & Milestones

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed upon.

• Base Pricing and Customization: The packages and prices listed on my portfolio serve as indicative starting points. Final project quotes are flexible and will be fully customized. The total cost may vary depending on your specific business requirements, additional features, third-party integrations, and the overall scope of the work discussed during our initial consultation.
• Payment Structure: Projects are billed in two milestones:
  • 50% Advance: Non-refundable deposit to secure your slot and commence development.
  • 50% Final Payment: Due upon completion of the build on the staging URL, strictly prior to launching the site on the live public domain.
• Payment Gateway: Payments are securely processed via third-party gateways supporting UPI, RuPay, Credit/Debit cards, and Net Banking.

3. Revisions and Scope of Work

• The agreed-upon package covers a specific scope of work (number of pages, integrations).
• During the review phase (typically Days 8–11), the client is entitled to one consolidated round of reasonable revisions.
• "Scope Creep" (adding new features, pages, or complex animations not discussed in the initial agreement) will be billed separately at an hourly rate or as a fixed add-on.

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy complies with standard Indian digital service norms:

• Pre-Development: If the client cancels the project before any design or development work has commenced, a full refund of the 50% advance will be issued within 5-7 business days.
• Post-Development: Once the development phase has begun, the 50% advance is strictly non-refundable. This covers the time, labor, and initial server/infrastructure setup costs already incurred.
